Who We Are

It’s not about us. It’s about you, and the people you serve.

What makes EMSI different is that we make things easy – for you, for your clients, your study participants and your employees, and for our examiners and collectors. That’s why we’ve deployed a digital workflow to securely gather the data you need, and deliver a great experience to the people who count on you.

We work to perfect convenient, in-home services every day. It begins with the company-owned iPads used by our phlebotomists and collectors to follow your protocol or process. They help our field teams map their routes and drive times between appointments. They’re used to securely scan and send documents at the point of sample collection. Special EMSI applications reduce the time it takes to ship lab samples. It’s all part of an advanced operating platform that will give you on-demand data on our performance, without waiting for email and reports.

Our services rely on local talent empowered by technology, not brick and mortar. A drumbeat of communications keeps our front line people informed. Region and area managers meet regularly with their teams face-to-face and by video. Skills training is a mix of online and hands-on, led by skilled phlebotomists and collectors. All so we can easily scale our national network to reach the diverse populations you care about, in every Zip Code.

Our mission is to deliver the health data you need to protect and improve the lives of the people you serve.
